1. Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Vitor Christoval ("kb0", "we") for the use of kb0 cloud — the dashboard, hosted vaults, and audit service. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use kb0 on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind it.
2. The open-source engine
The kb0-mcp package is open source under the Apache License 2.0. That license — not these terms — governs your use of the code, on your own infrastructure, forever and at no cost.
3. Your account
- Keep your credentials and API keys secret; rotate a key immediately if it leaks.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account — including what your agents do with your keys.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
4. Plans and billing
- Cloud Free carries the limits published on the pricing page (notes, monthly events, retention, keys). We may adjust Free limits with reasonable notice.
- Cloud Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically each month.
- Cancel anytime via the billing portal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.
- Price changes for existing subscribers take effect after at least 30 days' notice.
- "Unlimited" on Pro means unlimited within fair use — not a license to run a CDN out of a knowledge base.
5. Your content
- You own everything you and your agents store in a vault. We claim no rights over it beyond the minimum license needed to host, back up, and serve it to you.
- Export is a product feature, not a request form: hosted vaults are plain git repositories you can clone on any plan.
- Audit events are content-free metadata, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- You're responsible for having the rights to the content you store, and for your agents' output.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use kb0 cloud to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, probe or overload the service, circumvent plan limits, or resell access without our agreement. We may throttle or suspend accounts that put the service or other tenants at risk — with notice when practicable.
7. Availability
kb0 cloud is an early-stage service provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties or a formal SLA. We work hard to keep it up and your data safe (including tamper-evident audit trails), but you should keep exports of anything critical — which the product makes easy.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it (or US$ 50 if you paid nothing). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Indemnification
You will defend and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising out of the content you (or your agents) store or produce through the service, or your breach of these terms — to the extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. On termination we'll keep your data available for export for a reasonable period (at least 30 days) unless the law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page (and by email for paying customers) at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of the operator's domicile, unless mandatory consumer law gives you a different venue.
